MIXTAPE REVIEW: Skip Wildchild - A DiFFERENT WoRLD

I can honestly say I like all 15 of the songs on Skip Wildchild's new mixtape "A DiFFERENT WoRLD". Skip seems to a have a way with words. His writing and concept ability is on display here! "A DiFFERENT WoRLD" is a concept album based on 90's tv show with the same name. Skip skillfully ties in interludeS of the tv show using my baby, Whitley and Dewayne Wayne to introduce the songs. Highly entertaining!!! Stand out songs (there are alot of them) for me are "Amen", "Hustlers Anthem", "What It Like", and "Good Gurl".

MORE INFO:  "This is the first solo effort form Skip. He is 1/2 of the rap duo KumLaude. "A DiFFERENT WoRLD" details Skip's reality through soulful vibes, smooth yet aggressive lyricism, that is rarely heard in southern rap music. Skip represents the usually overlooked artist who does not hale from a major metropolitan area. Representing the small city of Shreveport, Louisiana, Skip proves that diamonds truly are found in the rough. A DiFFERENT WoRLD is certifiably good."
